The listing describes a cookie banner added through checkout and theme app extensions, integration with Google Consent Mode v2, IAB TCF v2.4 and the Shopify Privacy API, scheduled cookie scans with CSV import and export, customer data requests with email alerts, an automated cookie policy page, a web accessibility widget and an EU withdrawal page under Directive 2023/2673. It names fourteen privacy laws from the GDPR and ePrivacy to CCPA, LGPD and APPI. Plans: free, then $9, $29 and $49 a month, each paid plan with a 7-day trial.

How to choose

If you need a cookie banner, consent logs or Consent Mode v2, Pandectes does that and Complimus does not.
If you need the Omnibus prior price, GPSR details or the EU guarantee notice, Complimus does that and the Pandectes listing does not mention them.
For the withdrawal button, compare the plans: Pandectes lists its EU withdrawal page on Premium ($29 a month); Complimus includes the button, the form and the confirmations on the free plan.
Most EU stores need both jobs done. The two apps do not compete for the same theme blocks, so running both is the usual setup.
